The room was modern and clean, but lacked any storage space for our luggage.

The staff was extremely polite and accommodating in managing every request.

everything was modern, fantastic location so close to europa-park, and the park entrance, very lovely experience. the staff were helpful, with extra attention to the details. the breakfast was great and nice, the check in was early.

The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the place was spotless. I loved hanging out on the sun terrace, and the leisure room was perfect for unwinding with friends. Just a heads up, the breakfast was a bit on the pricey side at 15€ per person, but it's worth it for the tasty options! ☕️

It has PERFECT and nice location in the middle of jackson. Also it is near Europa Park as well as a restaurant.

I encountered serious issues that severely impacted my experience. The lack of storage options was frustrating. I had to keep my belongings scattered across the room. Although I specifically requested a room decoration for my partner's birthday, it was completely overlooked.

I woudl have given a glowing review if not for the unfathomable delays checking in. After 20 minutes, the 'manager' was witheringly rude. The lack of a kettle for tea-this is not a five-star experience! Expecting a room upgrade or at least a gesture for my troubles would have been the least i expected.

Really good modern design and excellent comfort. The fitness center was well-maintained and perfect for a workout. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Staying at Moxy was a good experience! The rooms were really clean and featured modern decor. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options including tasty sausages and fresh pastries. The fun game room kept my kids entertained.

Moxy was the perfect choice for our family trip! It's just a 20-minute walk to the europa park entrance. The breakfast had great hot and cold options, and the staff even got us into our room early, a lifesaver after a long drive with our dog. Our kids loved the game room too!
